Our History

SRR Technology Solution & Marketing was formerly known as Sastha Global Resources & Services, and our journey began in January 2019 with a simple goal — to provide dependable IT support services covering hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Our founder, Mr. Suresh, brought with him over 14 years of experience in the IT industry — 9 years in IT service provisioning and 5 years in cybersecurity. His deep understanding of business infrastructure needs laid the foundation for SRR’s early growth. As demand from clients increased, we expanded into graphic and brand design services, offering business essentials such as name cards, flyers, brochures, banners, and company profiles.

Recognizing the growing digital shift, Mr. Suresh partnered with a well-established Singapore-based service provider with over 14 years of web development experience, enabling SRR to deliver high-quality websites and digital platforms to a broader market.

In 2025, leveraging his cybersecurity expertise, Mr. Suresh introduced an innovative AI-powered web defacement monitoring system, helping businesses detect and respond to web-based threats in real-time — reinforcing our commitment to digital safety and business continuity.

Our co-founder, Mr. Rahjan, has played a vital role in the company’s operational and technical growth. With over 9 years of experience primarily in database administration (DBA), client management, and service delivery, he has been instrumental in ensuring our solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned with client expectations.
